1. Product introduction

  InshineT01Y&InshineT01H is a TPC structural solar cell backplane developed by our company with high weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low water permeability. The outer layer (air surface) is a DuPont T film obtained by a composite process. Due to its unique properties, it provides excellent long-term protection for component-side applications in complex environments, including UV resistance, high weather resistance and inertia to a large number of chemicals, solvents and dyes. The transparent T-film also provides excellent optical performance in the two-sided power generation module, improving the power generation efficiency of the module, maximizing the return on investment of the two-sided PV module and reducing the kilowatt-hour cost. The middle layer is PET polyester film with good insulating properties. The inner layer (EVA surface) is coated with self-developed fluorocarbon coating with good bonding properties with the film.

   Dupont T-film has been used for many years as an important part of the backplane. It remains intact during actual use and is able to protect solar modules for more than 25 years.

2. Product characteristics

   ♦The coating formula is self-developed, the packaging performance is guaranteed, and the fluorine content is better.
