Job Description:
1. Responsible for establishing and improving management systems and operating procedures related to technical processes/equipment;
2. Responsible for guiding workshop production technology and process improvement/equipment maintenance and repair;
3. Develop process improvement plans to determine production line equipment process parameters and optimize process parameters;
4. Responsible for introducing new products, materials, and processes, and organizing the optimization and renovation of production line equipment;
5. Responsible for handling process anomalies, providing solutions, and developing long-term improvement strategies;
