1. Product introduction

   Inshine301Y&Inshine301H is a KPC structural solar cell backplane developed by ourcompany with high weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low water permeability, which is made by composite and coating process. Among them, the outer layer (air surface) is a highly dense PVDF film obtained via the composite process, which provides high sand resistance to the outer side of the module and ensures the long-term stability of the photovoltaic module. The middle layer is PET polyester film, which provides the main mechanical properties of the backboard and has excellent insulation properties. The inner layer (EVA surface) is coated with fluorocarbon coating,which is independently developed and has good adhesion performance with the adhesive film.

  The composite KPC backboard has excellent adaptability in complex environments andprovides long-term stability for the use of photovoltaic modules.



2. Product characteristics

♦ The outer air surface is composed of high-performance PVDF membrane,which providesexcellent UV radiation resistance,chemical  resistance and sand resistance.

♦The coating formula is self-developed, the packaging performance is guaranteed, and the fluorine content is better.

♦The cost performance is higher. The repair is easier.

♦Colors available (including white, black and transparent).

4. Storage condition

    During the specified storage period, the storage temperature of the backplane should be lower than 30 °C and higher than 0 °C, and the humidity should be less than 70%. The storage period shall be 12 months from the date of production or as required by the agreement between the supplier and the demander.
